There are a few variations of cam gasket for the T series engine

As a general rule 

Rover 200/400 R8 & 800 Used LVP10006EVA (Inlet) & LVP10005EVA (Exhaust) on 1992 and early 1993 models

Roughly When the 600 was launched all T series engines used the LVP10006EVA (Inlet) Inlet Gasket and the laster Rubber LVP100170 (Exhaust)

From January 96 All T Series engines should Use the Later type gaskets LVP100170 (Exhaust) and LVP100320 (Inlet)

The best way to be 100% sure is to remove your covers and check - due to the age of the vehicles covers and heads may have been swapped - If you are unsure please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help
